Catherine Jackson

Yoga Instructor:  Gentle Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Wall Yoga, Yin Yoga, Privates, & Pranayama

Catherine has always loved health, fitness and learning about human anatomy.  She started practicing yoga to help cultivate a sense of calm in the midst of a demanding career in public accounting.  She received her Yoga Alliance Certification in April 2012 and has been guiding yoga classes ever since.

In her classes, Catherine emphasizes breath awareness to help maximize the benefits of yoga.  Anyone who is breathing can do yoga.  All individuals, those with a consistent yoga practice as well as those who may be new to yoga, are welcome in her classes.  Pose variations/options are offered to meet each individual at their own level.

Catherine lives in Edwardsville with her husband and two daughters.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending yoga trainings/workshops, reading, snow skiing, running, and biking.
