Join Valerie for a grounding fall-inspired yoga sequence, closing with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice. We'll end the evening with warm apple cider and fellowship.
Please bring your mat, a mask, and any props you may desire for Nidra: eye pillows, blankets, etc.
