In Full Bloom: Spring Equinox Restorative Yoga

Join mother and daughter duo, Louise & Linze, for their annual Spring Equinox Restorative Yoga celebration, In Full Bloom. This workshop invites guests to blossom through meditation and restorative yoga - while honoring the energy of spring. Louise will offer a delightfully restorative practice with optional adjustments and Linze will offer a nature-based mindful meditation practice and poetry. Additionally, you will be treated to chimes, bells, singing bowls, and a gong.
