About the event
Drop your kids (5-10 years) off at Studio Gaia for some fun and yoga while you run some last minute errands. We’ll use a winter theme and explore the 5 branches of Yoga in a clear, engaging method. This class will get the children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping and storytelling ALL while practicing authentic Yoga. We will practice traditional yoga poses, breathwork, meditation and visualization. Kids' yoga is SO much fun your kids will LOVE it!
Lisa Allen is trained in “Kidding Around Yoga™” Kidding Around Yoga is a style of Yoga that was created by Haris Lender, ERYT 500, RCYT, YACEP.
