Mark Biehl presents a special Mother's Day sound blessing ceremony of peace and gratitude. Featuring the healing sound waves of Tibetan singing bowls that will wash over us like the warm waters of a childhood bath in our mother's arms. Enhanced with inspirational spoken words and soothing melodies on flute, we rekindle our emotional bond to the softness of motherly love. Vocal chanting of the sacred mantra Om Mani Padme Hum will deepen our connection to pure heart-felt compassion.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Dress comfortably. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior.
We are limiting attendance to 20 people, and masks will be required while entering, exiting, and moving around the space. They may be removed while you are on your mat.
