As we enter the season of Fall, we can gracefully move through our own seasonal process by letting go of what no longer serves us and embracing change. Allow the deep vibrational energies of over twenty Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, indigenous flutes and the voice to guide us through clearing and release, as we plant seeds to begin a new path of personal growth and transformation. Mark is also excited to present the debut of an exquisite melodic drum from Russia! "Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go." Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Dress comfortably. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior. Masks are required for everyone and social distancing will be followed for all in attendance.
