Spring Equinox Sound Healing at the Dome

We will perform a meditation for rebirth and balance as we step into the light from winter’s renewing darkness. We will also chant mantra and fill the space with sound and vibration. 💕   

The Dome structure's beautiful acoustics will be a special treat for all in attendance. As the Gong's vibrations wash over the body, it aids it in returning to a harmonic state of balance and peace.

Studio Gaia Edwardsville will be providing some bolsters and mats, and also plan on bringing your own blankets, mats, pillows etc to make sure you are completely comfortable.    

Doors will open at 1:30pm and will lock at 2:00pm. As this event tends to sell out, please make all necessary preparations to be on time as there will be no refunds after the day of the event.  

Dev Shabad Kaur is a E-RYT Kundalini Yoga, Licensed Massage Therapist and Sound Practitioner based out of St. Louis, MO.    

Dev's teaching style is light, accessible and inspiring. She incorporates the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and Yogic Philosophy into her classes to help students deal with the ebbs and flows of their daily life. Dev specializes in sound and mantra and the use of vibration to break up blockages and restore flow. Her teacher has noted “her love for the Teachings is conspicuous and contagious!”
