The perfect blend...
Discover health and wellness using essential oils as a safe and natural alternative and how to incorporate them into your yoga practice or meditation.
We open with a discussion of the different oils, their benefits and uses, and recommendations for how to include them in your mindfulness practice. Please bring a notebook and pen or pencil for this portion of the workshop! We'll close the with a somatic movement/aroma flow yoga practice led by Lynn while Amanda provides nurturing touch and adjustments with the oils.
At the end we'll have a drawing and one lucky winner with get to take home a free rollerball & spritzer!
