With simple instruction and guided breath work, our classes are accessible to all levels of experience and most levels of ability. 

Gentle Yoga for Stress Reduction

Stress can really do a number on our health. Unfortunately for most of us, it's just a fact of life. The good news is, there are steps we can take to reduce our stress. Meditation, mindful movement, and simple breathing exercises can have a huge impact when we practice them on a regular basis. With that in mind, Louise has put together this phenomenal fall series for stress reduction.

In this class you will learn easy and accessible yoga poses that focus on reducing stress in the body and mind. With simple instruction and guided breath work, it is accessible to all levels of experience and most levels of abilities. Classes will be offered through zoom. Tuesdays from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. 

Classes begin on September 1, 2020. 

The cost to enroll for the full 14-week session is $135.00. 

The drop-in rate per class is $12.00 for students/65+ and all others $15.00.

Yoga and Breath Work

Breathing, like movement, is so fundamental to the human experience we rarely even think about it. However, mindful movements and breath work, or intentional practices of breathing and moving, can deeply increase our quality of life. This class unites the art of mindful movement and breath work, with practices in many diverse breath work techniques and movements inspired by gentle yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and more.

In this class you will learn easy and accessible practices that focus on resting in the connection of breath and movement. With simple instruction and guided breath work, it is accessible to all levels of experience. Classes will be offered through zoom. Thursdays 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. 

Classes begin on September 3, 2020. 

The cost to enroll for the full 14-week session is $135.00.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a powerfully gentle practice with exceptional benefits, such as the reduction of blood pressure and reduced risk of stroke or heart attack. Additionally, restorative yoga can help to reset the body and relax the mind. The skills learned in this class have many other potential mental and physical benefits. A regular restorative yoga practice should be considered critical self-care for those employed in high stress industries.

In this class you will learn the art of deep relaxation through breath work, restorative yoga poses, and the use of props to ensure optimal comfort. With simple instruction and guided breath work, it is accessible to all levels of experience. Classes will be offered through zoom.
