About The Event

Stress can really do a number on our health. Unfortunately for most of us, it’s just a fact of life. The good news is, there are steps we can take to reduce our stress. Meditation, mindful movement, and simple breathing exercises can have a huge impact when we practice them on a regular basis. With that in mind, Louise has put together this phenomenal series for stress reduction.

In this class, you will learn easy and accessible yoga poses that focus on reducing stress in the body and mind. With simple instruction and guided breathwork, it is accessible to all levels of experience and most levels of abilities.

Course Fee: $90 for the 10-week session
