Restorative yoga is a powerfully gentle practice with exceptional benefits, such as the reduction of blood pressure and reduced risk of stroke or heart attack. Additionally, restorative yoga can help to reset the body and relax the mind. The skills learned in this class have many other potential mental and physical benefits. A regular restorative yoga practice should be considered critical self-care for those employed in high-stress industries.
In this class, you will learn the art of deep relaxation through breath work, restorative yoga poses, and the use of props to ensure optimal comfort. With simple instruction and guided breathwork, it is accessible to all levels of experience.
Course Fee: $90 for the 10-week session
