Join Jen in honor of self reflection and to celebrate the longest day of darkness. This workshop will include gentle somatic style movement, yin yoga poses and a sound meditation.
The gentle somatic style movement will focus on releasing tension in the low back, hamstrings and inner legs. The yin yoga postures will focus on the kidney/urinary bladder meridians which are considered to be the “officials of all energetic work.” The sound meditation will include chimes, Tibetan bowls, and crystal bowls.
The focus for the workshop is grounding the energy of the nervous system, quieting the mind and nourishing the spirit.
