Yoga for Everybody is a mindfulness-based movement and breath class that is open to all levels and experience. Yoga poses and stretches will be demonstrated by the instructor with attention to lessening stress and to alignment that feels good to YOUR body so modifications and props are regularly used and encouraged.
The class atmosphere is one in which students feel supported to move at their own pace, trust their inner guidance, and practice mindfulness. A short meditation practice is offered at the end of each class.
